Jania Otey is an award-winning, meticulous master of cultural programming, a leadership guru, and a home-schooling mama of over 15 years. She is the Founder and CEO of Kids & Culture Camp, an educational enrichment company that instills excitement and appreciation for learning about cultures and countries from around the world in children ages 3-12. Kids & Culture Camp has been a true labor of love for Jania since its inception in 2010.
Jania is a graduate of Howard University (twice over), and she is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Washington, D.C., where she worked at a large law firm before starting her own practice. Although she continues to keep her bars active, Jania devotes most of her time to educating and shaping the hearts of her two boys, being a wife, working in the church, and speaking across the United States and internationally. She also spends a great deal of time helping parents who are considering homeschooling or who are new to the home-education scene. Jania has a natural gift for organizational leadership and has homeschooled her children since 2005.
