Our Policies
Learn more about our Registration process here.
BEFORE & AFTER CAMP. Before Camp is $60 per week from 7:45 AM – 9:00 AM. After Camp is $80 per week from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Before and After Campers will participate in organized games and activities. Pre-registration is required and space is limited so please register early. Before and After Camp participants should bring their own snacks. Timely pick-up is appreciated and expected (see late pick-up policy).
CAMP T-SHIRT. Each child will receive ONE t-shirt their first day of camp. Campers registered for multiple sessions will not receive additional t-shirts. Additional shirts can be purchased for $10.
Tennis shoes or closed-toe sports sandals are highly recommended since a great deal of time will be spent outside if the weather permits. For safety reasons, flip-flop shoes are only permitted during Water Play Wednesdays.
We also encourage our campers to dress modestly, even during Water Play. Campers should wear shorts (knee length or just above) and T-shirts or board shorts and rash guards. No bathing suits please. Please refer to the Camp Checklist for additional information or speak to the camp director if you have any questions.
A refund will be honored, less the non-refundable 10% deposit and registration processing fees, if notification is received by the camp registration office in writing, via email, or regular mail by Dec. 1 (Winter Camp), March 1 (Spring Camp) and April 15 (Summer Camp). No refunds will be honored thereafter (see one exception regarding Minimum Campers Needed). A $20 administrative fee will be added for each change that is requested after April 15 for summer Early Bird registrants and May 1 for all other summer registrants.
No substitution of siblings will be honored. Make-up days are not an option. No refunds will be issued in the event of camp closure due to inclement weather, emergencies, loss of power, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the control of the camp.
In the event that we are unable to provide free meals, campers should bring their own lunches. The free breakfast and lunch program is not a good option for children with food allergies and/or dietary restrictions. Additionally, ALL campers should bring water and a snack, even if they are enrolled in the free meal program. Campers enrolled in Before and After Camp should also bring an additional snack if desired.
Bring food items that are non-perishable and do not require warming in an oven or microwave. Due to allergies, campers are not allowed to bring nuts.
